What's the cost?

• We’ll wash, dry, and neatly fold your laundry for just $2.25 per pound, with a $40 minimum per pickup. Your total will be based on the final weight, which we’ll determine once your laundry reaches us. You won’t be charged until your order is complete.

What kind of detergent will be used?

• I use Molly Suds, a natural detergent, on my family’s clothing, but I am happy to use whatever products you prefer. I always also have Tide products on hand (Regular with Oxi Boosters and Gentle & Free). I typically text my clients after their booking to see what their preference is or you can note it in the booking notes.

Can I have my laundry washed, dried, and folded a specific way?

Absolutely! You have full control over how your laundry is processed.

You can specify:

• Preferred water temperature

• Type of detergent

• Whether or not you want fabric softener

• How you’d like your clothes dried and folded

  Just let us know your preferences when you schedule your pickup or include them with your laundry, and we’ll make sure it’s done exactly the way you like it.

Do you offer hang dry options?

• Yes, If you’d like certain items hung instead of folded, please place them in a separate bag and include your own hangers. Be sure the bag is clearly marked so we know which items to hang. If hangers aren’t provided, we’ll return those items neatly folded instead.

Will my clothes be washed with other client’s clothes?

• Absolutely not. We also sanitize in-between clients.

Do I need to be home during pickup?

• No, just leave your laundry outside your door, and we’ll handle the rest. You’ll get real-time updates and photos when your freshly cleaned laundry is delivered.

I want to be able to calculate my costs for the service. How do I know how many pounds of laundry is in my bag?

• You can easily determine how many pounds of laundry is in your bag by using your bathroom scale:

  1. Pick up your bag and weigh yourself

  2. Weigh yourself without your bag

  3. The difference between the two readings is the weight of your laundry.

Do you treat stains?

• Yes, we do. Please keep stained items separate and let us know by including a note on the bag and we’ll do our best to get it out. While we’re usually successful at removing stains, we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to get it out. If you can pretreat the stain before putting the garment in the bag, it will increase the odds of success.
